The personnel was amiable, and the host too. This was a marvellous and stunning location just off the pier as well as the waterfront. We stopped by The Bridge Cafe for coffee and treats, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The staff are very attentive and helpful and I enjoyed their attitude. It has a good location adjacent to a long promenade into the town, the beachfront and all restaurants. Also, the property is next door to Grosvenor Gardens.

Enjoyed decent size & recently refurbished room. The stuff was friendly and attentive providing the information. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice, just off the promenade, the beach and shops, and Battle Abbey, the Battle of Hastings historic site. Besides, it was 5 min drive to St Leonards Gardens.
